No moral judgements...
This was just a good, fun episode. The show was so much better in its early days, and this is a fine example of why. Yeah, a bit predictably preachy, but not as bad as it got in the early 70's (Been watching the 1969 reason on DVD- Silly compared to this).

Fun Dragnet ep here featuring the EEEEEEVILS of Marijuana! A teen crowd suddenly freaks out and tears apart a movie theater. Dragnet, who seemed to have slipped away from the homicide division for a bit, and partners go down. It's the devil's weed! Soon, they're rooting down the source of it through the kids the source they're selling to! Part Dragnet / part morality story, all fun of course. Bonus points for the strange looking.. really strange looking student Friday first shakes down.
